ONCHAIN ACTIVATIONS
Highlight: Elastic House, during ETHDenver 2025
GOAL
Launch the inaugural Elastic House at ETHDenver to bring the company ecosystem to life, showcasing the Elastic Network, activating ecosystem partners, and creating a space for builders, thought leaders, and innovators to connect and collaborate.WHAT WE DID
I managed the full production of Elastic House, transforming Green Spaces in Denver into a two day immersive hub for more than 650 attendees. I oversaw venue design, stage setup, signage, and event flow while leading invitations and promotions with 22 ecosystem partners, including Abstract, Sophon, Xsolla, Nodle, and Cronos.
Our team coordinated partner schedules, booth activations, and live demos, supported by smooth vendor and staff management from check in and security to swag distribution. I curated and managed programming with 36 speakers across fireside chats, panels, and demos, ensuring every session was polished and engaging.
Elastic House featured interactive Stretch Labs, industry discussions on onchain gaming, digital identity, and scaling, along with community zones that included Era’s zKafé, food trucks, happy hours, and a recovery brunch. With shuttles to and from ETHDenver, it became an all day clubhouse for networking, collaboration, and discovery.
ONCHAIN PHOTO EXPERIENCE WITH CLICK
We partnered with Click by Nodle to create an onchain photo activation where attendees captured moments at NFC‑enabled stations. Each photo was instantly minted, verified, and displayed on venue screens, turning snapshots into live, digital keepsakes. Combined with our ETHDenver booth, the activation drove 1,320 new Click app users.
RESULTS
Elastic House became a vibrant centerpiece of ETHDenver, an immersive partner‑driven showcase that energized the Elastic Network ecosystem. Across two days, attendees explored projects, connected with industry leaders and sparked collaborations that positioned our company as a true ecosystem in motion. We finished with over 650 attendees, 22 teams present, 36 speakers, 11 hours of content, and 55 PFP/NFT wall scans.
-
Created an experience for swag redemption through creating digital identity profiles on QuarkID, used by the Argentinian government. The immersive activation showcased the future of decentralized identity management, giving participants a hands-on demonstration of how blockchain can securely and privately verify personal credentials.
Results: Signed up 300+ attendees with 75% completing full credential verification and 90% reporting increased understanding of decentralized identity and secure onchain credential management.
-
Attendees participated in interactive, blockchain-based games, featuring ecosystem mascots, where every action: from in-game achievements to leaderboard rankings was recorded onchain.
Engaged 400+ attendees in onchain gameplay, with 100% of in‑game actions and leaderboard updates recorded onchain, and a goal of 70% completing at least one achievement.
-
Together with ETHDenver, Tokenproof, and IYK, we successfully gamified the Innovation Festival by rewarding attendees with BUIDL tokens for completing quest challenges starting at registration check-in. We also enabled exhibitors to participate in these challenges through a seamless platform, while managing integration, branding, logistics, and on-site team training to deliver a unique, interactive experience.
Achieved successful NFC tap interactions, with 95% completion rate across use cases and 80% of attendees creating or linking onchain profiles.
-
Local market vendors brought authentic flavors and craftsmanship to the event. Using Clave, visitors easily purchased merchandise, bridging traditional local markets with blockchain technology.
Facilitated 500+ onchain transactions via Clave across local vendor booths, with a target of 80% vendor adoption and 90% positive user feedback on payment ease and experience.
-
Featured in our installation was over 10 rotating artist spotlights in a car vending machine tower with a live onchain data feed featuring all partner logos, powering the billboard content in real-time.
100% uptime for the onchain data-powered billboard, with a goal of highlighting 8–10 artists in rotation and achieving 1,000+ attendee interactions over the course of the event.
-
Showcased an interactive photo booth that lets attendees snap a picture, sign an onchain message, and trigger a post to social media and public event gallery.
60–75% of booth users complete the full flow (photo → onchain signature → social/gallery post), with a target of 500+ signed messages and 50% social share rate across the event duration
ECOSYSTEM EVENTS
Highlight: zkUnconference @ Eiffel Tower
Hosted inside the Eiffel Tower during EthCC Paris 2023, I organized a dynamic gathering focused on advancing blockchain technology for scalable, privacy-focused networks that aim to become the foundation of the Internet of Value.
Attended by 50 top researchers, builders, founders, and thought leaders from the Ethereum and ZK communities for interactive discussions, moderated by the 0xResearch Podcast team.

Workshops & Hackathons Participation
As an Experiential Marketing Manager, I planned and executed our presence at leading global hackathons and workshops including ETHLisbon, ETHPrague, ETHBerlin, ETHWarsaw, ETHToronto, ETHSeoul, ZK Summit, ETHGlobal events, Encode Club programs, and ETHDam. My focus was on creating impactful experiences that inspired developers to explore new technologies and build meaningful onchain projects.
I worked closely with developer relations teams to design and deliver the full hackathon journey. This included preparing bounty challenges and workshops, writing documentation and starter kits for first‑time participants, and managing submissions and bounty payouts. I also drove event promotion in collaboration with partners and social channels to boost visibility and participation.
On site, I handled booth design, swag, check‑in, and demo stations, while supporting technical speakers in delivering workshops and presentations on advanced topics. After each event, I managed judging, coordinated winner announcements, and oversaw bounty distribution, ensuring participants had a seamless experience from start to finish.
These global activations introduced hundreds of developers to new tools and ideas, generated high quality project submissions, and fostered lasting connections with builders and partners around the world.
ZK Quest
DevRel and engineering teams launch ZK Quest, a learn‑to‑earn platform that gamified building on our protocol. Attendees completed coding challenges and puzzles to earn ETH rewards and exclusive swag, with 1,380 players, 10,000+ successful quest submissions, and 24 ETH distributed. I coordinated the on‑site experience, from booth design, operations and quest onboarding, swag coordination, making a section for a redemption station to reward distribution, creating a seamless flow for participants. By the end of the event, 102 players completed all quests, 817 finished at least one full section, and ZK Quest proved to be a standout activation beyond a typical hackathon. We continued into EthCC and EdCon to setup unique booths on the show floors.
The Book:
Zero-Knowledge Proofs ELI5
A playful, interactive book created by Marcin Michalski of Matter Labs. It uses company mascot, zoo‑themed metaphors and puzzles to break down technical concepts like gates, circuits, and proof construction in a fun, accessible way, turning learning into an engaging, hands‑on experience. I collaborated with the production company to bring the book to life, ensuring high‑quality design and print, and I continue to support its marketing and distribution to make zero‑knowledge education approachable for a wider audience.
The Game Demo: Zero-Knowledge Proofs ELI5
This is a game we've developed after the ELI5: ZKPs book was such a massive hit. The game expands the world of the book and dives deeper into the fundamentals behind ZK Proofs: ZK circuits. The gameplay mechanics of Zeek’s Zoo can be used to teach fundamental concepts of circuit building, all while having a beastly blast!
EXECUTIVE ENGAGEMENTS
A key focus of my work has been developing executive engagements that connect enterprise fintech leaders, crypto native builders, and institutional partners in support of strategic business growth.
By approaching each experience with thoughtful planning and clear brand storytelling, I aim to strengthen partnerships, highlight market positioning, and deliver meaningful outcomes. These have included VIP dinners, private founder roundtables, and curated off-site retreats that foster genuine relationships and long‑term collaboration.
